EARN Programs
To bolster the global infrastructure of the YOM network, we have introduced the EARN Programs. These initiatives incentivize the establishment and maintenance of nodes worldwide, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of digital content across our platform. Each program targets specific aspects of node operation to optimize network performance and reward contributions based on criteria such as activity level, geographic demand, and local operational costs.
STREAK Program
The STREAK Program is designed to encourage node operators to maintain consistent uptime, thereby enhancing the network's reliability and geographic distribution. After a node remains online for a continuous period (e.g., 6 hours), it becomes eligible for a flat payout. This mechanism ensures that even during periods of low network activity, operators receive compensation, motivating them to keep their nodes active and contributing to the network's resilience.
BOOST Program
The BOOST Program aims to incentivize nodes that handle high-priority content and operate in regions with elevated demand. Nodes that manage premium content or experience higher traffic volumes receive increased payouts, reflecting the critical role they play in delivering quality service. Additionally, nodes located in areas with significant content demand and potentially higher operational costs are granted supplementary compensation. This adjustment ensures that rewards are commensurate with the service intensity required, enabling nodes to sustain operations effectively during peak demand periods.
